By payment of this invoice, customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Unless stated to the contrary in this invoice, the line items in this invoice represent an estimate of the cost of the work. If the cost of any line item in the work is less or more than 10% of the estimated amount, then WindForce will issue a revised invoice prior to final payment being due with the final amount due. The final amount can be higher or lower and WindForce will strive to keep the customer advised of any cost changes as the work progresses.

For TDI windstorm inspection or other consulting inspection work, a minimum of 50% of the payment is due at project initiation or at the initial inspection. For single inspection type, routine inspection projects, the full amount is due up front. For Multi-Scope Design and/or Engineering and/or Inspection work, 50% of estimated amount is due at project initiation and work is not committed to be started until the partial payment is made. For all types of work, the remainder of the Actual /Final Amount is due upon completion of Design/Engineering/Inspection deliverables. No Final Deliverables are provided until final payment is made.

WindForce carries General Liability (GL) Insurance at the $1MM Occurrence and $2MM Aggregate level and WindForce will provide proof of insurance if requested. WindForce’s Customer agrees that WindForce’s Professional Liability (PL) to the customer for this piece of work is limited to the value of the transaction defined in this invoice. Further Windforce’s Customer agrees to indemnify WindForce against any claims from their customer or end property owner where WindForce is named as a co-defendant in a civil suit where Windforce's Customer is the primary defendant above this transaction amount and up to a $10,000 level including legal fees and actual claimed damages. Above this level WindForce’s PL policy coverage will come into play up to a $1MM level. There is no coverage of any type above that level.
